Automotive Diode's Color Ring Marking Machine MIU-02
Automotive Diode's Marking Machine MIU-02 ( It belongs to the model of Stamping Machine ) is used to print automotive diodes with color rings for marking the direction of the electrodes.
This machine has the function of "electrode direction detection and direction correction" to keep the blank direction correct. It is equipped with "height detection and height compensation" functions to overcome the height difference of components and maintain stable force, and the accuracy can be ensured within 10μm.
• The electrode-direction control keeps the electrode direction correct.
• Material-height measurement can detect NG materials.
• LED UV curing module is energy-saving and long life.
