PCB's Alignment and Bonding Machine KYN-01
PCB Alignment and Bonding Machine KYN-01 is an automatic bonding machine designed for precise alignment of two flexible PCB (printed circuit board) panels during the bonding process. After applying adhesive to the PCBs, they are flipped and pressed together in the correct position.
• Four sets of CCDs are equipped with a displacement platform to effectively control alignment accuracy.
• Pressure-bonding, and the pressure can be adjusted according to product requirements.
• Using negative pressure for product positioning, easy to operate.
