Inductor Silver-Glue Coating Machine PGH-04 ( It belongs to the model of Pad Printing Machine ) is good at silver-glue coating of "H-type inductors". The coating covers five sides of the part (top, front, back, left and right sides at one-time).
The "Disc Transmission Mechanism" design completes the process of "blank-material separation, blank-material inspection, coating, and curing" with a highly efficient method.
The "Inspection Module" takes photos of material- incoming and material-outgoing through the lens and inputs the image signals into the computer for comparison, which can effectively control product yield-rate.
The "Rubber-Head Cleaning Module" regularly removes residual ink from the rubber-head and can set the cleaning frequency to ensure coating quality. |
