SMD Inductor's Coating Machine PEH-01 ( It belongs to the model of Pad Printing Machine ) is specialized in "Epoxy insulation glue" coating for SMD inductors. The paint covers five sides of the part at one time (top, front, back, left and right sides).
The PEH-01 process design includes automatic row feeding, simultaneous coating of multiple pellets, two CCD detection procedures (including material detection, re-inspection after coating), and pre-drying (surface drying), etc. The production planning is smooth and is a high quality and high efficiency automatic coating equipment. |
