Tray automated marking machine FDMK-TM1, its primary structure is that XY Robot is carried with ultra mini high-speed fast-dry marking machine FDMK-3M. The tray is placed on the table, entering into marking area automatically after starting, being oriented precisely and start to stamp. It not only could stamp matrix content, but also could link to test platform, marking the test results ( marked sign could be produced by requirements ) .
FDMK-TM1 is equipped with “ Red point searching device” , which searches a variety of specifications of tray size fast and easily. The speed of platform is fast, the function of operation is complete, it could save over 50 memory sets, it is very easy to modify parameter of system, a variety of detection functions are complete and reliable.
Tray automatic printing machine FDMK-TM1, could optionally equipped with a "security cover" devices, to increase safety performance. Safety cover device is installed a sensor, to check whether the door is closed or not, if yes, the machine can be operated, this could prevent objects from falling into machine's platform.
