The ceramic tubes silver paste fixed-thickness coating and pre-dryer equipment YLSCT-02A (Machine type: Coating Machine) is designed for covering silver paste at the ceramic tubes, or curved-surface components, it has functions of stable coating thickness and pre-dryer for tubular components, components of surface without reverse angle and coating-film sticking on the surface side. The whole design and mechanism ensure that he surface doesn’t be stained with coating completely; film thickness could be set and controlled within the specification, and is steady, reliable. The type of coating machine can be divided into full coating, interval coating, or multi-interval coating; the dimension and tolerance all could be controlled within the range of minimum error.
The coating materials are stored in the ink container, rolling-ink roller takes it out, the scraping blade controls its thickness, transferred to coating roller, after the movement stroke of coating roller, the coating materials are coated on the component.
All the automatic flow is clear and reasonable, including blank automatic row arrangement, separating-push disk, blank orientation confirmation, and using personal coating machine for spinning coating, the materials on the clip are reversed to 90 degree and go into the fixture module (using bar type, 30pcs per group), putting in the pre-dryer oven ( 100°C, 30 minutes – this condition can be modified depending on different requirement ), and connect to high temperature solidification process (it isn’t the process of this equipment).
The whole flow of this coating machine is accurate and reliable; the detection of automatic control is strict and perfect, the operation functions are complete and humanized. The machine attaches a manual shaking roller design; it is fast and accurate for replacement and adjustment. This machine can plan about 2~3 kinds of specification for use, replacement is easy and fast, can be completed within 10 ~ 15 minutes.
