The Principle of Screen Print

The principle of screen print: The principle of screen print is that the printing plate is produced at the fiber silk. In the plate making, the silk’s surface is reserved the gap of form of graphic and characters for the requirement of marking component, and the rest area of silk are fulfilled with glue.

In printing, oil ink is stirred by scraper, oil ink pass through the mesh, which have gap, and left the graphic and characters on the marking component. The details can refer the content of animation.   Screen Printer Scraper
